What Are Linked Contracts?

Linked contracts are supplemental documents that attach to your primary agreement to define specific tasks or modify existing terms. They include statements of work that describe project‑specific activities, deliverables and timelines; change orders that add, remove or substitute portions of the work and adjust price or schedule; and amendments or addenda executed after the contract to add new clauses or update obligations. These documents reference the original contract and become part of it once signed.
