Rob Polocz is a seasoned technology executive, serial entrepreneur, and the founder of Polar Bear Consulting. His firm provides fractional CTO and CIO services that bring clarity to technology strategy, align IT with business goals, and deliver tailored solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in software development, enterprise architecture, and IT leadership, Rob has guided startups and enterprises through digital transformation and complex technical projects. He believes technology should empower—not hinder—business leaders.

At Standardized Contracts, Rob serves as Fractional CEO & CTO. He developed and launched our legal‑tech platform from prototype to a minimum viable product in under eleven weeks and now oversees product strategy, user experience, scalable architecture, ongoing maintenance, and go‑to‑market execution. Rob directs coordination of our legal and engineering efforts to ensure the platform remains secure, intuitive, and aligned with customer needs.
